Observations gathered over time — spanning landscape, wildlife, and the varied environments encountered in the field.
The lands I photograph and explore have been cared for over millennia by an unbroken lineage of Traditional Custodians.
In most cases, this is the land of the Gumbaynggirr people.
Their deep connection to Country — physical, cultural, and spiritual — continues today.
I acknowledge and pay my respects to the Gumbaynggirr Elders, past and present, and to all First Nations people who continue to care for Country across this continent.
